By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Dropi.com uses the best possible security for our customers. Payments from all major credit cards are accepted. In the last step of our checkout, customers with credit cards are transferred to Borgun secure site. Borgun is an Icelandic acquiring company that handles all our credit card authorizations and transactions. All credit card transactions go through secure encryption payment gateway. Borgun is PCI Certified, which means that the systems and operations are compliant with the extensive security requirements of the PCI Standard.

Under no circumstances can dropi.com see or store customer’s credit card information. By transferring customers to Borgun’s secure site, all credit card information is handled within Borgun and their security system. dropi.com only receives a confirmation for payment along with the customer’s name and order number from Borgun.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the products, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your orders.

We reserve the right to refuse orders to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the products, or any contact on the website through which the products are provided, without express wrote permission by us.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue offers (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of product service.

All prices in dropi.com store are shown in Euros (€) or USD ($) and without VAT.

SECTION 5 – REFUND

Customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date they received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING

International orders are shipped with DHL. Orders within the United States are shipped with UPS.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
No guarantee is given on shipments to PO Boxes.
International shipping (outside Iceland and USA) is only available in EUR currency. Delivery time is 1-5 days normally, depending on location. Shipping is paid by buyer and is not included in the original price but added later in the checkout process.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Please note that we do our best to display high quality photos of products in our store. However, with every computer and display different from other, we cannot guarantee that they show perfect accuracy in colors as they appear on your display.

SECTION 16 - SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Subscription Commitment: Customers who subscribe to our service agree to a minimum commitment of two purchases. This means that upon subscribing, you are obligated to receive and pay for two consecutive shipments of the subscribed product.

Subscription Options: We offer two subscription options:

1. Subscribe for delivery every 30 days and receive a 15% discount.

2. Subscribe for delivery every 60 days and receive a 10% discount.

Cancellation Policy: After the initial two shipments, customers may cancel their subscription at any time with no further obligation. However, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle. 

Billing: Payment will be automatically charged for each subscription shipment unless the subscription is canceled or modified before the next billing cycle.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases where products are damaged or defective upon delivery

Changes and Updates: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription service, including pricing and discount offers, at any time without prior notice.
